Duluth mayoral candidate Roger Reinert hosted the second of three ice cream socials on Wednesday afternoon. The event was held at Chilly Billy’s and served as a way for community members to meet Reinert, learn more about his visions and express their needs and concerns. Reinert’s team says that these meetings are intentionally spread throughout the community and held on different days in order to accommodate various work and parenting schedules.
