Earlier this week I made comments in response to the proposed City Budget. Core city services have been a top priority since the beginning of our campaign. From a call last spring to restore cuts to public safety, to our big state of the city response, we have said city services must be effective and efficient, and our property taxes must be affordable and sustainable.
